my pain is getting worse an worse...cannot laugh or sneeze comfortablely now...haha...anyway todae is my NAFA test...haix...never do really well...cuz my stomach...actually can do better for my sit and reach and sit ups..but the stupid stomach la...haix...gtg..watch jewel in palace...haha...wrting soon
